FAQ

Does it cost anything to register as a user?
Basic Membership of AcupunctureCPDonline is FREE.  With Basic Membership you’ll be able to browse and purchase individual CPD activities and use MyCPD Record to keep track of the CPD you complete with us.

Can I just pay for 1 or 2 hours of CPD at a time?
Our Annual CPD Program is the best value, however, we understand that some people may just want to complete just a few hours of CPD with us.  If you’d prefer to pay-as-you-go just select the free Basic Membership option and browse individual courses from the Our Program.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payment using VISA or Mastercard.  We also provide the option to use PayPal and you don’t even need a PayPal account – you can just use your credit card on PayPal.  Sorry – we can’t accept cheques.

Can I make suggestions for CPD courses that I’d like to see online at AcupunctureCPDonline?
Sure! If you’ve got ideas about new courses that you’d like to see we’d love to hear about it! We’re more than happy to generate content in response to your suggestions – if enough members are interested in the proposed activity we’ll develop it! How much CPD do I need to complete?
That depends on your regulatory authority. To check what your requirements are please check with your regulatory authority or professional association.

Will my regulatory authority accept the CPD activities I complete on AcupunctureCPDonline?
Where necessary, the CPD activities on this site have been approved or accredited. Where such approval has been granted, this is clearly indicated.

Many professional organizations do not have a formal mechanism for the accreditation of providers or courses. We are confident that our presentations will meet the criteria of the CPD compliance policy for online courses set by your professional authority.

How do I let my regulatory authority know what CPD activities I’ve completed?
All the courses you complete with AcupunctureCPDonline are automatically added to your MyCPD Record.  At anytime you can generate a report for any date range.  The report is generated in PDF format and should be saved to your computer.
